Sales Policy
Return any unused product which is unaltered, uncut and undamaged within 10 days of purchase date and we will return 100% of the purchase price, minus shipping. Returns/Shipping Policies apply. Claims for shortages must be made within ten (5) days of receipt. Billing will show on your credit card statement as NQS Internet, Inc
Returns Policy
All warranty or "doesn't fit" claims must first be submitted by email to the company.

Please e-mail or call for a Return Authorization prior to making a return shipment.·
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.· Claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt.

Shipping damage claims must be filed with the appropriate transportation company; they are responsible for any in-transit damage.·
All returns must be in original packaging/ Alternators need to be double-boxed and packaged in paper.·
PLEASE DO NOT PACKAGE ALTERNATORS IN STYROFOAM PACKING PEANUTS! A cleaning fee may be assessed if the alternator is packed in Styrofoam peanuts.·
Any product packed improperly may be refused for credit, alternators are heavy and fragile so pack with care..·
A 20% or $20.00 minimum restocking fee will be applied by National Quick Start Sales (NQS).
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped UPS,FedEx, or USPS. Damaged freight claims must be made direct to freight service company. All orders shipped F.O.B. unless otherwise specified, Comstock Park, Michigan, USA.
Product Warranty
National Quick Start Sales, warrants products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty covers failure due to defects in material and workmanship only. All complete (pre-assembled) Alternator and Starters will be covered by a return and repair guarantee for a period of twelve (12) months from date of delivery unless otherwise stated on sales receipt. Warranty does not cover bridge rectifier or voltage regulators. Customer installed repair, conversion and upgrade kits and parts are guaranteed for 30 days from date of delivery. The warranty period commences on the day the product is delivered to the original consumer/purchaser and is not transferable. Non-standard or "special use" applications are not cover under this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to loss of vehicle or equipment, loss of time, inconvenience or other incidental or consequential damages.
National Quick Start Sales (NQS) does not assume responsibility for loss of the vehicle, loss of item, inconvenience or other incidental or consequential damages.
National Quick Start Sales (NQS) does not assume responsibility for loss of use of the vehicle, loss of time, towing, telephone, travel, lodging, inconvenience, loss of revenues or cost of a replacement rental vehicle.
National Quick Start Sales (NQS) shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damage arising out of, or from the uses of NQS product by the buyer, its assignees, employees, agents or customers.
This warranty does not apply, if in the sole judgment of National Quick Start Sales, the product has been damaged due to accident, improper installation, adjustment, wiring neglect, misuse or application for which it is not designed or altered in any way so as to affect adversely its reliability and performance. Also excluded from this warranty are parts subject to normal wear (i.e. brushes, bearings, etc.).
Warranty requires that all repairs or replacement under the terms of its limited warranty must be performed by National Quick Start Sales.
Defective or malfunctioning products must be shipped prepaid, to the factory for warranty consideration.
This limited warranty shall apply to National Quick Start Sales and shall
not apply to any other equipment and its removal or installation, or to any loss
damage resulting from extraneous causes (including, but not limited to owner
misuse). The implied warranties, which the law imposes on the sale of these
products, are expressly limited in duration to the warranty periods specified on
the Warranty. Under no circumstance shall National Quick Start Sales be liable for any
incidental or consequential damages for breach of the warranty. National Quick
Start Sales
does not authorize any person to create for it, any obligation or liability in
connection with these products. This warranty provides specific legal rights,
and there may be other rights that vary from state to state.
Sales & Use tax
National Quick Start Sales sells to business, institutions, or
governing bodies who are either exempt from sales or use tax or accept
responsibility for self claim & payment of any state federal or local taxes that
may be due based on your governing bodies internet purchasing rules or out of
area purchasing rules. By completing a purchase you accept full responsibility
for claim and payment of sales and use taxes where they apply. Payment of taxes
owed may be made by claiming them to your appropriate agency or governing body.
Michigan residents must pay a 6% sales tax.
Warranty Clarification
ALTERNATOR CONDITION NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
1. Bearing failure due to loose or over tightened belts. Alternators returned for warranty with failed bearing must include pulley. If pulley is shiny, shaft is blue, or pulley is blue form heat, no warranty is allowed.
2. Threads stripped on the output (B+) and ground terminals (B-)
3. Output (B+) (B-) terminals burnt off from loose connections or discolored.
4. Rotor shaft and pulley worn due to loose rotor nut.
5. Rotor shaft threads damaged.
7. Drive end housing damaged due to poor mounting or modified mounting foot.
8. Alternator hooked up or batteries installed with wrong polarity.
9. Broken or cracked drive end or slip ring housing.
10. Failure
as a result of improper wiring (size and hook up.)
11. Alternator installed in non-recommended applications.
12. Installation of an alternator that is not hot rated at a minimum of 40 amps above full vehicle load.
13. ANY ONE, OR ALL OF THE PHASES BURNT OUT OF STATOR
14. ANY ONE, OR ALL THE DIODES BLOWN OR DAMAGED.
15. DAMAGE TO ALTERNATOR DUE TO BATTERY NOT BEING IN SYSTEM WITH ENGINE RUNNING: CIRCUIT BREAKER IN OUTPUT CABLE BETWEEN ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY. BATTERY CABLE BEING REMOVED FROM BATTERY WITH ENGINE RUNNING.
REGULATOR CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
1. Regulator with (I) ignition circuit burnout due to connection to full 12 volts
2. Rusted or corroded terminals.
3. Failure due to no ground or poor ground.
4. Physical damage to housing.
5. Failure to regulator due to battery being disconnected with the engine running.
6. Regulator wire harness is not covered.
ISOLATOR CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
1. Burned off or stripped terminal studs.
2. Rusted or corroded terminals.
3. Damage due to improper mounting.
4. Connected with wrong polarity.
5. Physical damage to isolator.
6. Anodized material may fade over a period of time due to harsh environment of engine compartment.
RECTIFIER PACK CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
1. Burned off or stripped terminal studs.
2. Improper mounting, physical damage.
3. Failure due to location of mounting and lack of air flow.
4. Connected with wrong polarity.
5. Physical damage to heat sink.
6. Anodized material may fade over a period of time due to harsh environment of engine compartment.
7. ANY ONE, OR ALL THE DIODES BLOWN OR DAMAGED.
