Just disconnect the negative battery terminal at the battery, remove the belt, disconnect the battery cable at the alternator, remove rear bracket bolt, remove two lower mounting bolts & pry alternator out, then un-plug regulator plug at alternator. On this vehicle the rear mount was just a thin sheet metal mount so we just bent it back for clearance. Some models have a heavier rear bracket that may have to be removed. Install the CS-144 unit in place of the CS-130D, install belt, plug in adapter harness, connect battery wire at alternator and at the battery, your done! It's just that easy to get the power and reliability you need.
